Lymphoepithelial carcinoma (LEC) of the tongue is a rare subtype squamous cell carcinoma. Histologically, it an undifferentiated with rich lymphocyte and plasma infiltration. The most common location for LEC in head neck salivary glands, oral cavity extremely rare. second case report lateral presented. In addition, review literature was performed, relationship between Epstein–Barr virus infection considered.
